We woman have a relationship with our hair, we want it long and healthy, and each of us have a method that work for her. It is been almost a year since i big chopped my hair , I will be sharing with you guys what I have been doing.
It is not easy to keep up with a complicate hair routine and get my mom duties done, so I try to keep it as simple as I can. I big chopped my hair for the third time last year around this time of the year I do not remember the exact date but It will be one year next month.

The first month of my big chop I did not do much to my hair, I shampoo and condition my hair every week , I moisturize it and oil my scalp 2 times a week, which help with grow. When it started growing I will tread my hair to stretch it and put on wig for protective style.
when I got better length I could braid my hair and reduce my wash days to 2 times a month, moisturize and still oil my scalp at least 2 times a week, I was not very consistent with oiling my scalp I could skip weeks sometimes because I felt lazy and have too much in my plate, but it was ok, hair still grow. I also use hair mask and prep my hair before shampoo once in a while.
As my hair grows I try new product that I found on the market to make my journey more fun. At this date this is how my hair looks.
Shampoo is FRANK PROVOST Paris
Conditionner: Camille Rose
Hair mask : Garnier Ultra doux
Moisturizing curl activator and coconut curling CREAM : CantU
Coconut oil : Shea moisture
I used vitamin and stopped 2 weeks later because I felt bloated and lazy to take it everyday. Below is the vitamin I used.
I'm not an expert so I will suggest you to ask your Doctor before you use any vitamin.
this could be a good one, so I will try to be consistent with it to see the benefit of it and will share with you guys my result.
Last but not least always wrap your head with satin scarf at night for bed time, I do not always use one or it fail when I m sleeping, but it is a must have for your hair journey, its help reduce breakage at night.
Drink a lots of water and healthy diet to help with grow.
